Ariel Chavarro Avila was born in 1970 in the Central Andes Mountains near Bogota in Colombia. His love for nature, colour and art began as a little child. Chavarro attended both Fashion Design School Arturo Tejada Cano followed by Universidad de los Andes where he specialised in Fine Arts and he became a Master in Fine Arts. He is an Environmental Contemporary Artist working particularly with oil and Watercolour.
In 2000 Avila moved to Madrid to work and to exhibit in Spain and in Europe. Ariel went to live to London, United Kingdom in 2013 where he has been exhibiting across the world. Avila counts many solo shows and many collective exhibitions. He has been collaborating with art galleries, art dealers, museums and foundations. Chavarro Avila has been campaigning to plant millions and billions of trees everywhere in the world.
